How secure is my order?

All sensitive payment information is processed on Paypal's secure server. We record your order information, and Paypal takes the payment information, and tells us where to ship your order.

Do I need a Paypal account to purchase through Paypal?

No, you don't need a Paypal account to pay via Paypal. All you need is a credit card. Just click on the link at the bottom left on the Paypal payment page for other payment options.

How is my order shipped?

Currently all orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service, UPS. Other options may be available in the future.

Can you ship my order to a P.O.Box, APO, FPO, and etc address?

No. All Internet orders must be shipped to a physical address.

Can I have my order shipped to a different address other than my billing address?

No. We currently DO NOT support this option.

What items include free shipping?

All items that include free shipping are clearly marked, Free Shipping. All other items will be priced accordingly.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can contact us directly using the Support Tab at the top of every page. All orders are shipped out with a tracking number and we will contact you with the tracking number when product is shipped out of our warehouse if you send your email address when checking out.

What about mispricings?

Despite our best efforts, occasionally an item on our website may be mispriced. We will cancel your order, and refund your money 100% if we discover an error. Mispricings will not be honored.

Does shipping time include holidays or weekends?

No. You will recieve your product in 3 to 5 days work days

How long will it take to ship out my order?

All orders will be shipped from our warehouse Same day or next day. There are exceptions to the holiday season could be 1 to 2 days

Can I get a discount on bulk orders?

Yes, but special arrangements must be made via the Support Tab at the top of every page.

What is your refund policy?

If there is a problem with any of our products when you receive it, you may send it back to us. But first we need you to contact us about the problem right away. There are a couple of ways Problems are handled. First of all our shippers insured to get it to our coustumers in the same shape it was shipped out of our warehouse. Secound of all if it was not a shipping problem we will have you ship it back to us and we will replace it free of charge. If we don't have one in stock, we will cheerfully refund your money 100%.

What about backorders?

All products are subject to availability. We update our inventory daily, and all discontinued items are clearly marked as no longer available. We do not like to backorder products, because we cannot guarantee availability or shipment date. If you are uncertain about the status of an item, please contact us via the Support Tab , or by phone at 1-507-210-7853. In the event that a product is unavailable, we will cheerfully refund your money 100%.

Our return of product policy?

All products returned without any problems will have a 20% restocking fee.

How old do you have to be to purchase?

There are some products we carry that you have to be legal age.
Some items we sell are not legal in some states. It is up to the buyer to now your age the state and fedral laws for any products you may buy from our PeeknSave website.
