How secure is my order?

All sensitive payment information is processed on Paypal's secure server. We record your order information, and Paypal takes the payment information, and tells us where to ship your order.

Do I need a Paypal account to purchase through Paypal?

No, you don't need a Paypal account to pay via Paypal. All you need is a credit card. Just click on the link at the bottom left on the Paypal payment page for other payment options.

How is my order shipped?

Currently all orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Other options may be available in the future.

Can you ship my order to a P.O.Box, APO, FPO, and etc address?

No. All Internet orders must be shipped to a physical address.

Can I have my order shipped to a different address other than my billing address?

No. We currently DO NOT support this option.

What items include free shipping?

All items that include free shipping are clearly marked, Free Shipping. All other items will be priced accordingly.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can contact us directly using the Support Tab at the top of every page.

What about mispricings?

Despite our best efforts, occasionally an item on our website may be mispriced. We will cancel your order, and refund your money if we discover an error. Mispricings will not be honored.

Does shipping time include weekends??

No.

How long will it take to ship out my order?

Most orders ship from our warehouse within 3 days.

Can I get a discount on bulk orders?

Yes, but special arrangements must be made via the Support Tab at the top of every page.
